Family Intro

We are the Corner family, heading to Dominican Republic to share the gospel and God's love to the Dominican people! We are Joshua, Hannah, Seth (18), Nathan (16), Elijah (15), and Jared (13).

Joshua and I were married in May of 1999. We have served the Lord in several churches over the years, as Joshua's job brought us to different states. God burdened our heart with missions even before we were married and, shortly after we were married, He began to show us that this was His plan for us. We have been learning and growing and praying and waiting for many years. We knew that God was preparing us for the mission field, but we didn't know where...or when. Our heart was to go where "the fields are white unto harvest"~John 4:35.
God allowed us to attend a Jubilee in my grandparents' church back in January 2016, where we met a missionary on deputation to Southeast Asia, and international director to TFFMI, a local church run mission agency. He invited Joshua and I to go to Dominican Republic on a mission trip the following June. The Lord worked it out to where we could go, which was no small thing in our eyes, but nothing in God's! God used that trip to show us that the "fields are white unto harvest" in Dominican Republic and He gave us the desire to go back. The Lord allowed us to go back to D.R. in September and bring our boys with us this time. It truly was a trip set up by God! It was more confirmation that God wants our family to serve the Lord in Dominican Republic!
We are excited to begin our journey of preparing to go to Dominican Republic as missionaries and start our deputation ministry!
